Half of U.S. students through elementary and high school levels will only participate in virtual learning this year. A study from Burbio said many others will have a mix of in-person and online instruction. Only 25% will attend class in-person every day.

That’s a huge problem for working parents who are now juggling their day of Zoom calls and remote work with managing the hybrid school environment of their kids. That extra stress might contribute to rising reports of burnout, as it’s well-documented that being a full-time caregiver can lead to exhaustion and fatigue.
