The well-being of your workforce is an something you can’t afford to ignore.

Stressed out employees are less focused, engaged and productive, and they’re much more likely to suffer from burnout. Even before the pandemic, our workplaces were literally killing us. Now, the strain to preserve a healthy work/life balance has brought many employees to their breaking point.

Deloitte has published a report offering wellness pros a “framework for helping you create a resilience strategy to meet the needs of your unique workforce,” according to Jen Fisher, chief well-being officer for the professional services giant.

She says that the stress of all this uncertainty can destroy the well-being of workers and workplaces alike, and that, “Leaders not only play an important role in helping their people address stress, but they can also enable them to adapt and rebound from crises by providing strategies and tools to build resilience.”
