Tromy Batiste is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business at Grantham University and is currently a consultant for the City of Houston's Health Department COVID-19 Response Team. He thrives in the space of being a Talent Architect and is keenly focused on equitable workforces. He leads various Human Resource and Contact Tracing initiatives within a very fluid, evolving, and emotional environment managing COVID-19 strategies. This includes performance management, learning and development, employee relations, employee well-being, policy and procedures, project schedules, and change management. His goal is to align strategic priorities and operation effectiveness and design, driving and anchoring an equitable and engaged workforce.
Prior to his current roles, he retired from Reynolds American where he held various executive leadership roles leading talent and revenue strategies. He holds a Global Fellow in Talent Management designation from Wharton and TMI as well as a SHRM-CP Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. He is also a US Army veteran.
