A member of the global executive team, she has responsibility for organizational development, change management and talent growth/transformation across Porter Novelli’s global footprint. She manages the talent group in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization that thrives in a purpose-driven environment that promotes innovation, and deeply committed to diversity, inclusion and equity.
Prior to Porter Novelli, she worked as a Partner at PwC, North America Consulting Practice Leader for ManpowerGroup, MD and North America Workforce Experience Leader for Accenture. A Fordham undergrad, she has a GTML™ designation from Wharton and TMI, as well as a global EMBA from TRIUM, a NYU, LSE and HEC alliance.
