Leela Stake

Leela Stake is a senior partner at FleishmanHillard and co-lead of the TRUE MOSAIC global diversity, equity and inclusion practice, a team of 100 counselors with diverse lived experience and deep professional expertise. Leela is a multiracial executive with a two-decade track record of delivering results, empowering teams, and helping companies, foundations and organizations achieve greater purpose and DE&I as they grow. Leela works on the leading edge of pressing issues facing people and our planet, including education, environmental sustainability, equity, responsible tech, women’s empowerment and workforce development. She is a member of FleishmanHillard’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion global leadership team and oversees FH4Inclusion, the agency’s global pro-bono initiative, which has contributed 20,000 hours and the equivalent of $5 million in time.
