Katie Riley is the Director of Social Media for Hilton’s global portfolio of 18 brands overseeing the teams responsible for social strategy, engagement, technology, listening and insights. With over 13 years of digital and social experience Katie has a strong knowledge of what drives behaviors in the social space and how to use that information to make brands and companies stronger and more insightful. She excels at building teams that provide world class strategies and insights. Prior to Hilton Katie built Progressive Insurance’s in-house social team and went on to lead their customer experience strategy team.
