Erin Pierpoint is the Worldwide Head, Talent Strategy: Global D&I Recruitment, Global University Strategy and Social Media & Brand for Talent @ BMS. Prior to BMS, Erin led Early Career/University Recruiting (Leadership Development Programs), Diversity Recruiting and Recruitment Social Media and Brand strategies at Cigna. Erin and her team manage Early Career and Diversity talent channels and the implementation of social media strategies, content creation, employment brand experience, and go-to-market recruiting strategies. At Cigna, Erin spent time leading a large recruiting team (19 direct reports) focused on attracting top talent for Cigna's Pharmacy, Total Health & Network, Sales & Distribution, Clinical, Individual & Family Plans and Cigna Supplemental business. Erin’s passion for Talent Management and creating pipeline health for the organization led to an opportunity for her lead Cigna's launch of Strategic Workforce Planning in 2014, which continues to be utilized today.
Erin started her career as a headhunter at Modis Solutions then worked in a high volume environment at Adecco, where she became an expert sourcer and focused on delivering customer-centric recruiting solutions. Prior to Cigna, Erin was at Johnson & Johnson for over 4 years, where she took on roles of increasing responsibility and ultimately led recruiting and sourcing teams in Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharmacy and Medical Device industries.
