Eric Battle is senior vice president and head of Best Practices & Standards in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Santander US. He is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic direction and transformational change at Santander by embedding sustainable DE&I practices into the DNA of the various Santander processes. Battle joined Santander Consumer in November 2014 as the Head of Credit Risk Management Information Systems (MIS). Prior to joining Santander, he previously worked for J.P Morgan Chase, and its predecessor banks, for over 30 years in Indiana, Illinois and Texas in various Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, Training, and Operations Management related roles
