CBRE talks building a culture of health

At Ragan’s inaugural Workplace Wellness Conference, Lacey Willard, vice president of global safety and wellbeing at CBRE, explored ways to incorporate health and wellbeing into all areas of an organization’s culture and increase employee participation. Willard shared with attendees ways to build a culture of health into a company’s long-term strategies with leadership commitment, the importance of partnering with other areas of a company, and how to increase employee engagement scores and utilize critical benefits such as EAP.
