Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards, which benchmarks the most effective corporate wellbeing programs worldwide, is your opportunity to receive recognition for your initiatives that are translating into a more productive, engaged and healthy workforce. We will also recognize the individuals and teams who champion their employees and are behind these successful initiatives.
By entering Ragan’s Workplace Wellness Awards you are contributing to the body of knowledge around impactful corporate wellbeing programs and you will help boost awareness of this critical area of organizational sustainability and growth.
The Awards are open to organizations worldwide and will be judged by a panel of industry experts. Winners will be announced in the Spring of 2022 and will receive an award trophy, editorial coverage across our websites, social media shoutouts and digital badges to help you display your honor.

HOW TO ENTER
Program or Initiative Entry
On the entry form, please include a thorough synopsis explaining the purpose and scope of your entry. Tell us why your wellness program or initiative should be selected as the winner. We ask that the synopsis is a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 1,000 words and includes the following sub-headings (when applicable).
- Goals
- Strategy and tactics
- Execution
- Evaluation: success, results or ROI
Individual or Team Entry
If submitting a nomination on behalf of yourself or another individual, tell us in 300 to 1,000 words about the nominee’s accomplishments in the previous 12 months. Please include specific initiatives or projects that have distinguished the nominee among their peers. When applicable, please include the following sub-headings:
- Goals
- Strategy and tactics
- Execution
- Evaluation: success, results or ROI
If submitting a Team of the Year entry, tell us about the team's accomplishments from the past year. Please include examples of projects or initiatives that have proved beneficial to their organization. We ask that the synopsis is a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 1,000 words. When applicable, please include the following sub-headings:

You also may include other information that you feel strengthens your entry.
Be sure to follow the guidelines laid out in the category descriptions, as the judges will look for those elements when they select the winners.
You will be able to upload additional documents to your submission. We encourage you to include press releases, design concepts, videos, analytics, testimonials and anything else you feel will give us a better sense of your project. Proprietary or internal information can also be attached and will not be shared with the public.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
These awards are open to in-house, agency and independent employee wellness practitioners in the private, corporate, nonprofit and government sectors. Enter your work, the work of your organization or submit entries on behalf of your client.
Companies from around the world are welcome to enter as long as the entry is submitted in English.

This year’s program is open to any work executed between Dec. 1, 2020, and Dec. 1, 2021, inclusive.
ENTRY FEES
The fee for this program is $425 per entry.
A late fee of $199 per entry will be added to all entries after 11:59 p.m. Central time, Dec. 3, 2021.

We are looking for top-quality initiatives, programs, individuals or teams that show clear, bold and creative ideas that benefit their business, employees or client. Please provide metrics and results that back up your claims, and share creative collateral such as photos, videos, testimonials of your wellness-related work. Please look at our past award winners to see what gets recognized and rewarded. We encourage you to submit the same program, initiative, individual or team into multiple categories, if you feel they are relevant. Why are some deadlines extended?
We extend deadlines based on applicant needs and upcoming promotional opportunities.Who are the judges?
We currently work exclusively with external judging partners. We are not looking for new judges for our programs at this time.When will I find out results?
We will announce finalists in spring of 2022. The announcement of the winners comes about four weeks after the announcement of the finalists. Each announcement will be made with a headline on our website, in our daily email newsletter and on our social media platforms. Emails notify entrants in advance of these announcements. As deadlines are extended, so are expected announcement dates.Additional Questions
