It’s been said that a company’s most important asset walks out the door each day. Times have certainly changed as more employees now work from home and may never go back to the office. Yet, the concept that employees are the most important stakeholder not only holds true but has strengthened over the past few years. Behind the efforts to retain, attract, inform and support employees are hard-working Human Resources professionals who often go unrecognized for their contributions.

Ragan’s Platinum HR Awards recognize the people, the programs and the products that drive HR success. We invite you to enter this program to help amplify the outstanding work you and your colleagues in HR do every day. The program is divided into three sections: campaigns, people and technology. Judges will look to honor the entries that will shine a spotlight on the important contributions HR is making to an organization’s bottom line.

Entries are due May 20, 2022. There is a late-entry deadline on May 27, 2022, but additional late fees apply to all entries received after May 20, 2022. Ragan will honor the winners this fall and those who make the short list will receive editorial recognition on the Ragan networks, an awards trophy and profile and a marketing tool kit to help you promote you and your team’s accomplishments.

HOW TO ENTER

Take a moment to complete the entry form:

On the entry form, please include a synopsis explaining the purpose and scope of your entry. Tell us why your campaign, product, service, individual or team should be selected as the winner. We ask that the synopsis is a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 1,000 words and includes the following sub-headings (when applicable).

You will be able to upload additional documents to your submission. You are welcome to include press releases, creative concepts, data, testimonials and or anything else you feel will give us a better sense of your successes. Proprietary or internal information can also be attached and will not be shared with the public.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

These awards are open to all organizations, as well as in-house, agency, independent practitioners and vendors in the private, corporate, nonprofit and government sectors. Enter your work, the work of your organization or submit entries on behalf of your colleagues or clients.

Companies from around the world are welcome to enter; please submit your entry in English.

This year’s program is open to any work executed between May 1, 2021, and May 1, 2022, inclusive.

ENTRY FEES

The fee for this program is $425 per entry.

A late fee of $199 per entry will be added to all entries received after 11:59 p.m. Central time, May 20, 2022.

Why should you apply?
Our awards program helps you measure the success of your work and prove the value of your contributions to your organization or clients. What does it take to be a winner?
We are looking for top-quality campaigns, initiatives, products, people and teams that show clear, bold and creative ideas that benefit your business. We encourage you to submit the same work into multiple categories, if you feel they are relevant. Doing so increases your chances of winning.
What are the entry requirements?
Tell us in 300-1,000 words about your work in the previous 12 months. See the How To Enter section for further information. You may also include supporting materials you believe will help our judges evaluate your entry.
Why are some deadlines extended?
We extend deadlines based on applicant needs and upcoming promotional opportunities.
When will I find out results?
We try to announce a list of finalists eight weeks after the close of the program. Winners will then be announced about four weeks after the finalist announcement. Each announcement will be made with a headline on our website, in our daily email newsletter and on our social media platforms. Emails notify entrants of these announcements. As deadlines are extended, so are expected announcement dates.
